Valeria's Cornbread

A Grocery Store Tour Recipe


2 Cans of sweet corn

1/2 Cup of Almond Milk or the Milk of your preference

1 Cup of Artificial sweetener

1/2 Cup of Oat flour

2 Eggs

1 Tsp of Baking soda

Cheese if you like


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Blend 1 1/2 cans of sweet corn with almond milk

  3. Add blended mixture to oat flour with eggs, baking soda, artificial sweetener, and cheese (optional)

  4. Mix until completely combined and pour into a nonstick cake tin

  5. Bake for 45 minutes
